Linden-Kildare Homecoming 2022

Alexa is the 17-year-old daughter of Misti and Jonathan Rainge and the granddaughter of Patricia Fielder, Michael and Sandy Lee, and Sue Rainge.

Alexa is a fourth year HOSA member and a third year member of Student Council and served as Vice President her junior year. She is a third year District UIL qualifier. Alexa is also a DECA participant. She is a two time state winner and also an International Qualifier. She served as President for DECA her junior year. She is a second year member of the National Honor Society and serves as the current president of NHS. Alexa is currently serving as representative for the CSNT Community Service of Northeast Texas board. Alexa is a third year yearbook student and the 2022-23 Editor in Chief.

Alexa’s hobbies include working for the after school ACE Program and having family game nights.

Alexa plans to go into the science/ biomedical field after high school. Her dream career is to be a Zoologist, Anthropologist, or environmental Scientist.

Kyndal is the 17-year-old daughter of Brett and Crystal Fitts and granddaughter of Greg and Sherrie Fitts, Jeff and Collette Lawless and Susan Jester. Kyndal attends the Pinecrest Baptist Church.

Kyndal is a fourth year Varsity volleyball player, and a fourth year Varsity softball as first team infield player and helped take the team to district playoffs and one district championship. She is a second year member of FFA. Kyndal is a third year member of National Honor Society. Kyndal has cheered two years on the varsity cheer squad. Kyndal has played golf for three years and been a regional qualifier for two years. Kyndal runs 300m hurdles in track. She is a second year 4-H member.

Kyndal’s hobbies include playing sports, hanging out with Callie, riding four-wheelers, working cows, and hunting in Kansas.

Kyndal’s plans after high school are to attend Kansas State University to pursue a degree in animal science. In hopes of one day becoming a veterinarian.

Presley is the 17-year-old daughter of Russell and Kimberly McKnight and the late Jacob Turner, and is the granddaughter of J. G. Turner and the late Beckey Turner, and Jim and Brenda Williams. Presley attends Pinecrest Baptist Church and is active in the youth group.

Presley is a fifth year High School Band student, she played JV volleyball, JV tennis, a fourth year varsity golf team member and regional qualifier for two of those years, She played varsity softball her freshman and sophomore years. Presley was a part of the state qualifying marching band her sophomore year, and has received awards for outstanding percussion the last two years. She was an international DECA qualifier her sophomore year. She is a third year student council member for and served as student council secretary her sophomore year. She was an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for two years. She also served L-K High School as Toni the Varsity Mascot her sophomore and junior years. She is a third year member of the National Honor Society, and is currently the Vice President of National Honor Society. She has served as a member of DECA and HOSA and also worked as Junior Class secretary. She played Varsity Tennis and is excited about her second year playing varsity tennis for LKHS. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant the last part of her junior year.

Her hobbies include spending time with her grandpa and best friend Leah. She like to shop and watch TikTok.

Presley plans to attend Texas Cristian University or Texas Tech and major in nursing. She would like to further her career by attending a CRNA program to work as a traveling Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

Rayna is the 18-year-old daughter of Jodi Bradshaw and Joey Bradshaw, and the granddaughter of Brenda and Tony Montoya (Tony was also our 1972 Homecoming King) and David and Patsy-Ann Bradshaw. Rayna attends the Baptist Church.

Rayna is a fourth year member of the Roaring Band from Tiger land. She was part of the band’s San Antonio performance which landed them 12th place in the state of Texas. This year Rayna serves as a Drum Major for the band. Rayna served as Junior Class President. She went to Regionals with the academic UIL Science team. Rayna is a second year yearbook member and currently holds office as the Advertising manager. Rayna was voted student of the month by the faculty and staff.

Rayna’s hobbies include working, singing, spending time with her friends and family and making memories with her bandmates. Rayna’s plans to attend Texarkana College and become a cosmetologist one day owning her own shop.

Kyler is the 17-year-old son of Jessica and Randy Fitts, and the grandson of Tony and Carolyn Price and the late Waylon and Doris Fitts. Kyler is a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church.

Kyler has played varsity baseball every year and is determined to play again this year. Kyler participated in JV football his freshmen year and has played varsity football his last two years. Kyler is a third year member of the varsity golf team. Kyler was a member of HOSA his sophomore and junior years. Kyler has served as a member of student council his junior and senior year. Kyler became a Certified Nursing Assistant his junior year.

Kyler’s hobbies include baseball, football, golf, gaming, injuring himself, going to church, and hanging out with family and friends. Kyler plans to attend college attaining a Bachelors in nursing and continuing his education to receive a Master’s of Science in Nursing.

MICHAEL CURTIS LANE

Michael is the 17-year-old son of Curtis and Amy Lane, and the grandson of Randy and Barbara Lane and Randy and Patsy Russell. Michael attends Pinecrest Baptist Church and is an active member of the youth group.

Michael ran Varsity Cross Country for two years. He is a fourth year Powerlifter, going to district three times in powerlifting, regionals twice, and state powerlifting once, and hopefully going back to state again this year. He has won every powerlifting meet including district and regionals. Michael has been part of the Track Team with several 4x4 wins. Michael was a trumpet player for the Roaring Band from Tigerland. Michael played JV Football one year and Varsity football for three years, beginning with several defensive starts on Varsity his sophomore year. Michael started both offensive and defensive positions on Varsity his junior year. As a senior, he is Football captain and a two way starter for the varsity football team.

Michael’s hobbies include, hanging out with his friends, fishing, roping with Ruston, and aggravating his teachers… but only the ones he really likes. Michael is undecided about his plans after high school but knows with the options and opportunities available to him he will do something great with his life and hopefully make a lot of money.

TAE’SHUN EVENSTON LAKEITH MITCHELL

Tae’Shun is the 17-year-old son of Shun and Amanda Mitchell and Cody and Casey James, and is the grandson of Edward and Cynthia Mitchell, and the late Peggy Staple. Tae is a member of the Pinecrest Baptist Church.

Tae’Shun is a four year team member of the L-K Tiger Football team. This will be Tae’s third year playing baseball for the L-K Tigers. Tae’Shun is also a member of the golf team. Tae is not only a strong athlete he is has also been a part of the UIL science team for the last two years and advanced to regionals.

Tae’s hobbies include, fishing with the boys, lifting weights, drawing, catching animals (snakes, frogs, and hornets) to bring to his teachers. Tae plans on attending the University of Texas at Austin to major in Biology. He would one day like to have a career as a biologist and finally make money studying animals instead of getting kicked out of classrooms for bringing snakes to class.

Travon is the 17-year-old son of LaSonJa Castleberry and Tracy Grant, and is the grandson of Roy Castleberry and Lettie Castleberry. Travon is a member of the Hughes Springs Community Church.

Travon has played as a receiver for the L-K Tiger football team four years. He was also a member of the basketball team. Travon is also a four year band member. He was part of the band’s San Antonio performance which landed them 12th place in the state of Texas. He has received a first division in band and was voted band student of the month. He has also been voted student of the month his junior year by the faculty and staff.

Travon’s hobbies include fishing, playing video games, and spending time with friends.

After high school Travon plans on joining the Navy. After serving his country Travon plans on obtaining a degree in criminal Justice and becoming a Police Officer to further serve his community.
