Atlanta High School had a good and successful Atlanta High School Invitational tennis tournament with JV and Varsity teams competing.
For the JV, Ryan Taylor and Morgan Thompson placed first in boys’ doubles, and Riley Williams won first place in boys’ singles with Ricky Brown taking second.
For the varsity, Gabby Rigdon made it to semi-finals, in girls’ doubles Alex Brown and Jasman Lindley finished second, in boys’ doubles John Hipp and Brian Rapp finished second, in boys’ singles Sam Jones placed second place, Micah Lampshire finished first in the consolation bracket and Jackson Dillinger and Galexi Jett took first in mixed doubles.
