Bag 903 celebrates opening
Keyeria Webster-Gregory already had it all. She is working on her senior year at Texas A&M, majoring in psychology with a minor in social work, three phenomenal children, a supportive and loving husband, and a family who supports her endeavors wholeheartedly. She also works as a pharmacy technician for Walmart.
Each day is a balancing act of work, school, and home life. However, when Gregory dreams, she dreams big. She always knew she wanted to open her own store, but it was never clear what that store would sell.
She began selling purses, clothing, shoes, and other boutique-style items online. The decision to go brick and mortar was based not only on her dream but also on a community need. Much of her inventory isn’t offered elsewhere in the community, so those looking for that particular style have to travel outside of Cass County.
Keeping things local is vital to Gregory, and that can also be seen in the name of her store, Bag 903, a nod to the local area code. Bag 903 celebrated its first day of being open and its grand opening on April 17. It was a packed house with shoppers enjoying yummy treats. Bag 903 is located at 102 B West Hiram St. in Atlanta, across from the public library.
