The Only Reliable One

Proverbs 3:5- Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Trust--to confide in anyone, to set ones hope and confidence upon anyone, to throw one’s self or ones cares on anyone. To be secure, to fear nothing for oneself.

Trust, a small word with a powerful meaning! Trust in the Lord, and don’t lean to your own understanding, your own way of thinking, don’t go by the sight of your eyes, or the hearing of your ears!

Don’t try to figure things out on your own, Trust in the Lord! Lean on Him, His understanding, His ways, for He knows what is best for us and our life!

Isaiah 55:8-For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord, For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

The Lord God dwells in the spiritual realm, in the heavens, and we dwell in the earthly, or the carnal realm, that’s why we don’t lean on our understanding, because we see things through the carnal, the earthly, we don’t see in the spiritual realm at all times.

We see a piece of the puzzle whereas God already knows the whole picture! Trust in the Lord!!! He knows all things, and He knows every need, He sees all things, He moves in all things! Trust in Him!

2 Samuel 22:31- As for God, His way is perfect, the word of the Lord is tried, He is a buckler (shield) to all them that trust in Him.

Psalm 112:7- He (me and you) shall not be afraid of evil tidings, (no bad news), His heart is fixed (steadfast), trusting in the Lord.

Psalm 34:22- The Lord redeems the soul of His servants, and none of them that trust in Him shall be desolate!

Psalm 62:8- Trust in Him, At All Times, ye people, pour out your heart before Him, God is a refuge for us.

The past couple of years has been a trying time in a lot of ways, sickness, disease, virus, storms, and we have learned that grocery store shelves can become empty, that hospitals can be overflowing, that doctors and health care officials don’t have all the answers, that jobs can be shut down in minutes, that storms can hit at any time, that a virus can take over the whole world!!

TRUST in the LORD with ALL thine heart!! He’s the only Reliable one! The only one whose Word is steadfast, and don’t change!

The only one who will tell you the truth at all times! Who will lead you down the right path! There’s a lot of things we can’t figure out, but God already has the answer.

Don’t lean to your own understanding, it will lead you down the wrong way! Don’t lean on the arm of flesh, but continue to hold on to Gods powerful everlasting arms!

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, for he has proven himself to be the only reliable one, dependable, trustworthy, available, and great is his faithfulness! God bless.
