Heavenly Glazed Ham

Ingredients:

1 cooked spiral ham, preferably bone in

1 cup brown sugar, packed

½ cup honey

½ cup orange or pineapple juice

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon ground cloves

To Prepare: Collect ingredients and a large roasting pan, with a roasting rack. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rinse ham and pat dry, placing in the center of a large and open piece of tinfoil on the roasting rack in the pan. Take your ingredients and mix them together in a saucepan on low. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and pour on each slice. Any remaining sauce can be poured over the top of the ham. Wrap the tinfoil tight around the ham, and bake for 1 ½ hours. Be sure to use a meat thermometer to ensure ham has reached 145 degrees Fahrenheit and is completely done. In the last few minutes, take tinfoil off and broil the ham in the oven for a beautiful brown and caramelized glaze. Let rest before serving, and served with mustard on the table for that extra kick. Enjoy!
