Annual chili dog fundraiser for St. Jude’s Research is Friday

Rowdy Haley is once again hosting his annual chili dog stand fundraiser this Friday in Linden--weather permitting. All proceeds will go to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Haley began his annual fundraiser four years ago when he decided he’d rather help other children than receive presents for his birthday. This will be the fifth year for him.

Haley will be on the corner of Rush and Main Streets at the old service station/bait shop at 11:00 a.m. until he has sold out.

Ten dollars will purchase an Eckrich sausage link on a bun with homemade chili, your choice of toppings, chips, and a drink. Toppings will include cheese, onions, pickles, sauerkraut, and sautéed onions and bell peppers.
