Best Chocolate Sheet Cake

Sift together:

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

In a bowl:

1 stick butter

½ cup Crisco

4 T cocoa

1 cup water

Bring to boil in microwave, pour over flour and sugar mix.

Add:

2 (well beaten) eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon and vanilla

Mix well. Pour into prepared 16” x 11” pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

While cake is baking, mix frosting:

1 stick butter

4 T Cocoa

6 T Milk

Melt above ingredients. Add 1 bag powdered sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix well and spread over cake.
