Crump’s celebrates 20th anniversary
Friday the 13th normally isn’t a day that people celebrate. It is most associated with a day of bad luck. One business in Linden is proving that superstition wrong. Crump’s Food Center celebrated twenty years of business on Friday, March 13.
A rare gem in a time of big-box chain grocery stores, Crump’s prides itself on providing not only quality products but also phenomenal customer service. It is these things that have customers not only from Linden but also from locals as far as 85 miles away. Offerings such as in house butchers, fresh produce daily, and the friendly staff are just a few reasons Crump’s can boast twenty years of service.
Opening their door for the first time on March 13, 2000, the store has seen Linden through many happenings.
Indeed, Crump’s is committed to serving Linden even during this time of product shortages and for many, many years to come. Manager Chris Spencer said, “Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to continuing to be of friendship and service to all of you.”
