Nursing home celebrates three years of service
Focused Post Acute Care Partners celebrates three years in Linden and held a party to honor their staff, residents, friends, and families.
The festivities were held in the facility’s cafeteria for fellowship, karaoke, and treats. A guitar-shaped cake was crafted for the party’s theme; Rocking 2020.
Debbie Cabello, an administrator for the skilled nursing home that specializes in short-term and long-term care, said their goal is rehabilitation whenever possible and to get the patients back home.
“Skilled nursing and long-term care remain central to our care mission. However, we also provide inpatient and outpatient short-term rehabilitation, post-acute short-term rehabilitation and post-operative recovery. We partner with highly trained and skilled professionals to consistently achieve the clinical goals of each resident.”
Focused Post Acute Care Partners serves over 2100 residents in about 30 communities in Texas. Many of the facilities within the group have developed an expertise in delivery Alzheimer’s and dementia care and maintains the training and education of staff on the latest care strategies.
