Atlanta area chamber of commerce Spotlight

The Annual Chamber Membership and Community Awards Banquet is coming up on Feb. 29! This year’s theme is “Let your light shine.” Attendees are encouraged to wear clothing that sparkles or shines, just to dress up the event and stay on theme! Give Awards are presented at the banquet: Business of the Year, Educator of the Year, Man of the Year, Woman of the Year and Youth of the Year. Chamber members as well as members of the community are asked to submit nominations for the awards, and nominations are due Friday, Feb. 7. Also due Friday the 7th are submissions for a contest hosted by HGTV for a new show, Hometown Takeover! Atlanta will be submitting an entry, so keep your fingers crossed!
