A 39-year-old Linden, Texas man was sentenced by a jury of his peers Thursday to 100 years in prison, according to Cass County District Attorney Courtney Shelton’s office.
On August 4, the Deputy Secretary of State Joe Esparza drew the ballot order for the 14 proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution. Texans will vote on these amendments as a part of the November 7 Election. Below is the ballot order as drawn.
