Every October for the past 19 years the Texas Bigfoot Research Center hosts the Texas Bigfoot Conference in Jefferson. People travel from all over the world to attend the conference, which will be held October 16-17.
Hughes Springs HAPPENINGS
The Chamber has chosen to put the Business Spotlight on The Plant Place. Robbie and Debra Higginbotham have opened this garden center/gift shop at 1504 E 1st St in Hughes Springs. Some of the items they sell in the garden center are flowers, trees, and hanging baskets. They will have seasonal plants throughout the year. The gift shop has candles, baskets, and home décor.
