Bowie County I-30 – From FM 989 to Arkansas state line, widening highway. Eastbound traffic shifted, frontage road lane closure I-30 – From FM 989 to FM 3419, extension of frontage roads. FM 2148 closed under I-30 bridge & at N. Frontage/Hampton Rd, detour in place FM 2148 - North from US 82 & from 3419 to N. Frontage/Hampton Rd, extension of frontage roads. Closed to thru traffic N. Frontage/Hampton Rd. - West from FM 989. Extension of frontage roads FM 989/Kings Highway - From I-30 North Frontage Rd. to Gibson Lane, widening road US 259 – Closed to thru traffic north of I-30 to FM 44, detour in place. Surface rehabilitation SH 8 – At Sulphur River, bridge replacement. New bridge open, old pavement removal underway I-369/Loop 151 - From US 59 to I-30, resurfacing road I-30 - At eastbound Exit 207/Spur 594, ramp surface rehab. Exit closed, eastbound I-30 lane closure I-30 - At US 82, bridge maintenance. Eastbound and westbound lane closure US 82 - From US 259 to I-30, widening road Cass County SH 8 – At Sulphur River, bridge replacement. New bridge open, old pavement removal underway US 59 - From SH 77 to FM 2791, resurfacing road

It is said that; “the moral law is not always the standard by which we treat others, but it is nearly always the standard by which aHuman rights are not grounded in opinion, they are grounded in a common higher authority. That is how organizations like Amnesty International, or the International Justice Mission function; they rely upon a common good that is grounded in a Higher Authority whether they realize it, or admit it, or not. This is closely related to the argument from evil where the atheist claims that the existence of evil in the world proves that there is no God. However evil in the world does not disprove God, but it confirms that men instinctively know what evil is because they also know what good is. If man knows what good and evil are, then it is the moral law written on his conscience, that tells him so. There is no other source. Remember, an atom is neither good nor evil.
