Where’s The Beef Meatloaf

Rebecca Strutton2 Lbs Ground BeefBread Crumbs, Toasted2 Eggs2 Cans Small Tomato SauceOnions, Or FlakesDiced Bell Peppers (sautéed)Salt And PepperGarlicA Dash Or Two Or Four Of Tony’sSpecial Sauce:
2 lbs ground beef
bread crumbs, toasted
2 eggs
2 cans small tomato sauce
onions, or flakes
diced bell peppers (sautéed)
salt and pepper
garlic
a dash or two or four of Tony’s
Special Sauce:
dab of tomato sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp mustard
Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce. Mix and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add Special Sauce on top of meatloaf and continue baking for 1 hr and 15 minutes.
