Tax office temporarily relocated

The Cass County Tax Assessor-Collector’s office has moved to a temporary location while the damage sustained by their building is repaired. They will open to the public on Sept. 7, 2021 in their temporary location at the Cass County Law Enforcement & Justice Center, 604 TX Hwy 8N, Linden.

At this time, they can process taxes only. If you need automobile registration, you may contact the City of Hughes Springs sub-station at 903-639-7519, the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce sub-station at 903-796-3290, or go online to renew.
