Pop up a smash

Twas 20 shopping days until Christmas and all throughout Linden, shoppers were browsing the many wonderful pop up shops for the perfect gifts. They found wonderful handmade ornaments to grace their trees and soaps, lotions, and lip balms all made with loving care. There were fun printed tee shirts and soft cozy vests to keep you warm in style. Shoppers delighted at all of their finds.

Indeed, shoppers from near and far had much success in finding the perfect gift during Linden’s pop up week. Shops were set up and ready for business starting at 5 pm on December 5 and afforded those shopping the opportunity to do so until 9 pm every day with the last day of shopping on Sunday December 8.

Shops were set up inside local businesses and buildings not otherwise occupied so those in attendance could shop in comfort and enjoy the decorations that abounded throughout downtown. Also set up were the Linden Garden Club offering cookies and hot chocolate and the Linden Public Library. Local eateries were also open so shoppers could grab a meal or stop by the corn dog stand for a quick bite.
