MUMS Math and Science Team competes at Hallsville
On Saturday, December 10, 2022, the MUMS Math & Science Teams traveled to Hallsville Junior High for a TMSCA Meet. MUMS was the overall 3rd Place Team at the meet. Twelve medals were won by students placing in the top 5 of their events.
Number Sense - 1st place team, General Math - 1st place team, Science - 3rd place team.
6th Grade - TJ Rose - 1st place number sense, 1st place general math, and 1st place science.
7th Grade - Jayden Nevins - 1st place number sense and 3rd place general math; Sara Jones - 3rd place number sense; Easton West - 5th place number sense; Gerald Malina - 5th place science; Kynliegh Adcock - 6th place science.
8th Grade - Abigail Bickham - 2nd place number sense and 2nd place general math; Gabbie Mendoza - 3rd place number sense and 3rd place general math; Mallory Hamilton - 8th place calculator; Iris Davis - 9th place science; Cameron Clarke - 10th place science.
