Moonlight Madness Event Information and Road Closures

The Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Moonlight Madness Event is taking place on Sunday, September 3, 2023, from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. in Downtown Atlanta.

This event highlights downtown retail stores and restaurants, with late-night hours, sales, giveaways, and more! The event also includes a karaoke party at Plaza on Main, live music with Nicci McCarty in front of the Atlanta Public Library, over 40 vendors, and a large food truck court. This is a night you won’t want to miss!

Portions of Downtown Atlanta will be closed to traffic from 4:30-11:00 PM on September 3, 2023, for the event. All vehicles should be removed from the area. Atlanta Police Department will be onsite to enforce closures.

These closures include setup and breakdown times.

The closures are as following:

• E Hiram Street, from the Atlanta ISD Administration Building to N William Street

• S West Street, from E Main Street to H bar C Meat Market

• N East Street, from E Main Street to E Hiram Street
