Masquerade Ball | “A Night In Paris” | AHS Class of 2020 Fundraiser
WINTER FORMAL is one of the many fundraising efforts that the senior class parents use to prepare for Project Graduation and help deter the cost.
Project Graduation is hosted by parents and school personnel and immediately follows commencement on May 22, 2020. The goal is to provide an exciting, fast-paced, all night party that is free of alcohol and drugs.
This is a fun and safe environment where graduates are rewarded for a job well done and they can celebrate their achievements with their classmates. This all night event helps keep the graduates off the roads on an evening that traditionally has a higher risk of motor vehicle accidents.
Donations are used to help feed the students, hire a DJ for our dance, rent gaming tables and inflatables, purchase auction items for graduates (televisions, microwaves, smart watches, headphones, etc.).
Also, each graduate will leave with a gift card (amount will be determined by our donations).
The Class of 2020 would appreciate your support of this worthwhile and important event.
