This year, 30 plus vendors have signed up to showcase their wares. This is a great shopping event for early Christmas gifts. Come join us for all the fun!
Proceeds will be donated to Cass County CPS to purchase Christmas presents for children.
Great things are happening in Atlanta ISD! As always, our academic offerings and instruction are above and beyond required standards. Our new STEM Lab is open this year at the middle school, which will challenge and inspire creativity and spark interest in math and science like never before. We have received the second phase of the Math Innovation Zones Blended Learning Grant, and are excited to launch and grow this new platform.
Blended learning will challenge students at APS, AES, and AMS with personalized goal setting and new methods of instruction. Our elementary school was recently named to the 2018 Honor Roll by The Educational Results Partnership for outstanding student achievement. As always, our UIL academic, athletics and band programs will continue the award-winning tradition of Atlanta Pride.
Our after-school program, BLAST, also provides excellent learning and enrichment opportunities for all students with high quality programs that generate positive outcomes such as improved academic performance, classroom behavior, fine arts, recreation, and health and nutrition.
In addition, we are constantly upgrading our facilities, and are excited about improvements at the high school and stadium, where we have recently installed a brand new, state-ofthe-art turf field. We are in the planning stages of increasing our Career and Technology offerings at AHS with the added component of 7th and 8th grades, as well as additional courses of study to better prepare our students for tomorrow’s workforce.
And last and most importantly, Atlanta ISD received an overall “A” rating, putting the District in the top 25% of school rankings in Texas.
We want to be the School of Choice in Cass County. Come grow with us in ATL, where it’s always a great day to be a RABBIT!!!
