Loop 236, US 59 intersection to close for work

The intersection of Loop 236 North and US 59 in Queen City will close today for about two days as concrete pavement repair work is conducted at that location. Traffic is being detoured to the Loop 236 South intersection with US 59. The intersection is expected to reopen on Wednesday, but weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances can delay the work.
