Linden PD makes arrest
In the early morning hours of February 10, 2026, officers with the Linden Police Department responded to the car wash on South Main in reference to a suspicious vehicle.
Upon arrival, the officer recognized the vehicle as belonging to an individual known to have an active warrant for their arrest. Officers made contact with the driver, who was identified as Amanda Price. Price was taken into custody on the outstanding warrant and was issued a criminal trespass warning for another location in the city.
During an inventory of the vehicle, officers located drug paraphernalia, which prompted a probable cause search. Officers then discovered several baggies containing illegal narcotics inside the vehicle.
Amanda Price was transported to the Cass County Detention Center and booked on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well as the outstanding warrant for Fleeing from a Police Officer.
