Linden Locale
Spring has sprung as Linden prepares for funfilled festivities and socials, including Spring Fling on the Square and the fast approaching Wildflower Trails of Texas.
Spring Fling on the Square social is set to kick off the social season on March 11th, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., according to Linden Main Street.
“We will have vendors, food trailers, local businesses/ restaurants, and a Kid Fun Zone that starts at 3:00 p.m., and music,” said Linden Main Street officials. “We will also have our second ‘Jeep Mingle’. So load up the whole family and come on down to the Historic Courthouse Square. Fun times for all ages.”
The Kid’s Fun Zone will feature Linden’s very own Flower Lady, Ms. Ruth Brown, who will teach kiddos how to plant marigold seeds.
“Each child will get to keep the starter cup they made and take it up to watch the magic of Mother Nature,” they said. “Bring your littles so they can learn about planting and growing from Ms. Ruth.”
