In His Presence

We can live in the presence of the LORD all the time. With everything going on all around us, we can still live in His presence. Just keeping Him on our mind, and in our heart. Just worshipping Him, thanking Jesus and praising Him. He is God, and God alone, He is my beloved. We can praise Him, and dwell in His presence, and we won’t be in so much turmoil and upsetness. We won’t stay worried about things. We realize that He is in control of everything, and don’t anything take Him by surprise.

We know God is always there, and He’s looking to see if we are going to trust Him. Are we going to wait on Him and not get impatient or discouraged. He’s an awesome God. In His presence you can feel the sweetness and goodness of the LORD.

In Old Testament days, God had to bring people under subjection, they were failing and being rebellious. God brought the Israelites through the Red Sea, and they wandered in the wilderness forty years, and still failed at times, and we are no different. But God loves us, and He’s long suffering, He knew us before we were born. We can lay our head in His lap, and feel His presence, He’s a good Father. Just knowing that He is there at all times.

Psalm 95:2; Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving and make a joyful noise unto Him with psalms.

Get to know Him, the creator of the universe. Psalm 140:13; Surely the righteous shall give thanks unto thy name, the upright will dwell in thy presence is fullness.

Always thank Him, and appreciate Him, always give Him honor, and praise unto His name.

Psalm 16:11; Thou will show me the path of life, in your presence is fullness of joy. At your right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

If we can just comprehend and get it in our hearts just how awesome He is.

Psalm 51:11; Cast me not away from thy presence and take not thy Holy Spirit from me.

I never want to experience that, LORD, don’t take your Holy Spirit from me!

Psalm 97:5; The hills melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of whole earth.

What an awesome God we serve, there isn’t anything that can stand before Him. He is powerful. You can feel the presence of God, the glory of God. Mary wanted to sit at His feet, and be in his presence, and Martha complained that she wasn’t helping, but Jesus said, Mary has chosen the good part that won’t be taken away from her. Just sit in the presence of the LORD, meditate on Him, thank Him and love Him. He is altogether lovely, good, precious, kind. Just continue to dwell in His presence.
