HealthCARE Express helps with physicals

HealthCARE Express is kicking off the back-to-school season by combining affordable care with community support. Families are invited to join a special School Physical Day and ongoing School Supply Drive at select clinics.

On Saturday, Aug. 2, visit the following Texas locations to receive sports, school, or camp physicals for just $30 when brining a school supply item: Richmond Road (Texarkana, TX) 3515 Richmond Rd., Arkansas Blvd. (Texarkana, TX) 125 Arkansas Blvd., Wake Village, TX 4701 W 7th St. and Atlanta, TX 106 S. Loop Hwy 59.

On Saturday, Aug. 9, this same promotion will be available in Marshall, TX 711 East End Blvd. S., and on Saturday, Aug. 16, this same promotion will be available in Mount Pleasant, TX 1004 South Jefferson Ave. and Longview, TX 1509 W Loop 281.

As part of this initiative, families are encouraged to bring a school supply donation.

These supplies like notebooks, crayons, backpacks, and more will be donated to a local school in each participating area to help equip classrooms and support educators.

In return, participants will receive a discounted physical for just $30 (normally $39). Additionally, Health-CARE Express will be accepting school supply donations throughout the entire month of August at all participating locations. Community members are invited to stop by and drop off supplies anytime, even if they’re not attending the physical event.

“We’re proud of our teams for stepping up to support local schools. Each clinic is choosing a school to donate their supplies to, helping students and teachers start the year strong. We’re just grateful for the opportunity to give back” said Dr. Spencer Reynolds, at HealthCARE Express.

Walk-ins are welcome, or parents can book ahead online at www.gohce.com. Donated supplies will go directly to local classrooms in the area.
