Glowing for a run

Saturday night, participants lit up the night for the 2019 Let’s GLOW for a Run 5K. Even those with strollers and wagons got in on the glow with light up and flashing wheels. The Glow Run started and finished on Hiram St. in front of Woods Park across from the State Theater. Runners and walkers alike were ready to glow despite the chiller temperatures. Old and young set out at seven thirty to make the 5K run a huge success. Spectators cheered as the Big Bad Band From Rabbitland drummers lit up the sidelines to spur runners and walkers on. The first to cross the finish line was Dagen Ward.
