Glow Run Oct. 12

The Annual 5K GLOW Run hosted by the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce is coming up on Saturday, Oct.

12. Participants may register up to two hours before race time, however, if participants wish to be able to select their event shirt size, they should be registered no later than Sept. 30.

“This GLOW Run has just kept improving every year. We are really proud of this event! The race course features GLOW attractions the entire way as well as a DJ and other fun activities for the race supporters back at the start finish line! We truly feel like our event is unique and well done. We are making a few changes/additions this year that we think our regular participants as well as first timers will enjoy!” said Miranda Johnson.

The 5K GLOW Run is a fundraiser for the Atlanta Area Chamber of Commerce.

The sponsorships and great participant turnout make the event a success for the Chamber and enable the non-profit to continue providing services for their Members and fun events for the Community on a regular basis throughout the year!

Miranda says, “This is a fun run, so we encourage competitive runners as well as walkers. This is a wonderful family event!”

The event takes place after dark so participants are encourages to wear reflective or light-up gear such as a headlamp or shoe lamps to help with visibility.
