Delivering lunches and smiles

During this time of school closures and social distancing, things can seem a little bleak. Kids especially may find this time to be scary. They are missing their friends, their teachers, and that sense of normalcy that days at school can bring.

The staff at Linden-Kildare ISD have been working hard every day to continue to bring smiles to the students they care so much about. During what would be regular school days, the staff works hard each morning to fix sack lunches, loads every meal in buses, and delivers them to students in their district. The smiles they bring along with them are also passed along to students and their parents. Indeed, students are beyond excited to see a bus stop in front of their home, staff waving from the decorated windows.
