1st Sgt. Charles R. Roquemore, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harvey R. Roquemore, Bivins, graduate of Prairie View Univ. Entered Army in 1942, trained at Ft. Riley, Kan. and Camp Stoneman, Cal. Served in Philippines and Japan. Has Good Conduct Medal, World War II Victory Medal, Asiatic-Pacific Medal, Bronze Star Medal, American Theater Medal and Philippines Liberation Medal. Discharged !n 1946.

ROQUEMORE, ERNEST EUGENE

First Class Petty Officer Ernest Eugene Roquemore, son of Mr. and Mrs. H.R. Roquemore, Bivins, attended St. Helena High. Entered Navy in 1943, trained at Norfolk, Va. Served in Newfoundland and Iceland. Awarded Good Conduct Medal. American Theater Medal, European

Theater of Operations and World War II Victory Medal. Discharged in 1945.

Discharged in 1945.
