Laws Chapel Cemetery Association

Laws Chapel Cemetery Association will hold its annual meeting, Tuesday, Oct. 15 at 6 p.m. at the Laws Chapel United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall in Atlanta.

All persons who have loved ones interred in the cemetery are urged to attend. Anyone who wishes to make a donation or memorial to the cemetery may contact Cara Helfrick at 903-824-7875.

Antioch Baptist Church

Antioch Baptist Church will have special guest speakers, Tommy and Becky Brockelman, on Sunday, Oct. 13 at their 11 a.m. service.

The Brockelman’s have served in Sierra Leone, West Africa for over 11 years with nine of those years as full time residents. They have worked with nationals representing over a dozen community based organizations ranging from orphan care, street kids, special needs children, war widows, agricultural and construction projects, water wells and more. Above all, their holistic approach has opened wide doors for sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ!
