Bloomburg to host 45th Annual Cullen Baker Country Fair
Those who won’t be going to the woods this Saturday, Nov. 3 to harvest a deer can join the crowd in Bloomburg for its 45th annual Cullen Baker Country Fair, benefiting the Bloomburg Volunteer Fire Department.
Booths must be set up and ready for business by 8 a.m. that morning and the event usually lasts until 5 p.m. The parade will begin at 10 a.m., line-up beginning at 9:15 a.m.
There will be a lot to offer at this year’s event. Craft vendors will fill up both sides of Main Street. Some of the vendors that will be participating are Scentsy, Tupperware, LipSence, LimeLife, Paparazzi Jewelry and Essential Oils. There will also be homemade soaps, jellies, jams, pickles, salsa, handmade arts and crafts, bows, T-shirts and knives for sale.
The scent of food drifting through the crisp, cool air will tempt the taste buds of the hungry adventurer. There will be many different kinds of food available, from root beer floats, to funnel cakes, corn dogs and much more.
The Country Store will be set up in the fire station, where the very popular fried pies will be sold.
Fun, food and entertainment is what this annual event is all about. Join in and make this year the biggest yet.
