Blood is desperately needed

Atlanta High School had a successful drive today, coming in at 20 units today. Lifeshare announced that they are desperately needing Negative and O Positive blood types with having less than one day supply.

“All blood types are needed and with blood drives canceling or not booking due to various reasons, including the lack of staff at businesses, it is vital people continue to donate. Blood cannot be man made, therefore it is only through our volunteer donors that we are able to provide our hospitals with the blood they need today, tomorrow, and the upcoming needs in the future to help save lives!” - Elizabeth Cunningham, Regional Director of the LifeShare Blood Center.
