Spanel was last seen on Sept 18 wearing a purple shirt, blue jeans, and tennis shoes. She is 5’6 inches tall, weighs about 130 lbs, and has blue eyes and gray/white hair.

After she was reported missing over 200 volunteers, including those from her church and friends came together to look for her. The department dispatched search and rescue dogs, used drones with whole grid pattern searching.
The department has also brought her husband in for further questioning without any new clues about her disappearance.
A silver alert was initially put into effect by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
“If anyone sees a person matching this description in the area, please contact 911,” Rowe said.
