Atlanta Bass Club reels in 2020 season

Atlanta Bass Club members wrapped up the 2020 competition year with awards to the top three anglers overall and the angler with the biggest bass. Members competed in twelve tournaments, accumulating points toward an overall total. The 2020 awards are as follows: David Sorrels - Angler of the Year in first place; John D. Russel - Second Place; Steve Crumpler - Third Place; and Scott Dossey - Big Bass of the Year Award.

The Atlanta Bass Club meets monthly to share successful approaches in previous tournaments and to determine upcoming tournament locations and directors. They share ideas and techniques to help one another develop their skills as anglers and apply these skills through organized competition. The Club’s goal is to make bass fishing more enjoyable through active participation in ecological conservation, sportsmanship, education, and fellowship.
