A Linden man was arrested last week and taken to the Harrison County Jail after he hit a pick-up truck with his 18-wheeler in an accident that left two injured.
Kenneth Janowski is charged with two counts of intoxication assault with a vehicle.
According to the Marshall Police Department, Janowski was driving an 18-wheeler through the intersection of Highway 59 and Loop 390 when he ran a red light, striking a truck pulling an empty horse trailer.
Two people in the truck were taken to the hospital and as a result of the crash, diesel fuel spilled across the road and into a drainage ditch.
Lone Star Hazmat was on scene to clean up the fuel spilled.
