4-H to host a Project Party
Cass County 4-H Council is hosting a project part festival that will have booths to show off all of the neat activities that 4-H has to offer.
“The 4-H Project Party is a day to bring your whole family to experience all the benefits of a being a 4-H member. We will have project booths available with hands on activities and competitions available through Cass County 4-H,” explained Cass County Agriculture Extension Agent Jessica Rymel.
During the event it will be no cost to sign up a child for 4-H and this usually cost $20 per child.
“We are also offering free Cass County 4-H enrollment this day, on site, there are no barriers to the kids of our county and the opportunities available to them,” said Rymel.
The event is set for Oct. 13 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. at Linden City Park which is located at 202 Center Hill Road Linden, Texas.
The activities will include a pie contest, live animals, STEM/Robotics training, One Day 4-H Community Service Projects, Texas 4-H Roadshow and other activities.
