2019 Martin Family Reunion is huge success

The descendents of Levi Martin, who was the grandfather of Cleo (Thelma) Martin, gathered for their 2019 family reunion in McKinney on Aug. 1-4. The reunion was hosted by Sharon Martin.

Day one was at Sharon’s home with food, socializing and games for all.

Day two was held at the Great Wolf Lodge Water Park in Grapevine. An after party was hosted by Craig and Ebony Martin in Frisco.

Day three was held at the Main Event Entertainment Center in Frisco, followed by a fish and chicken fry provided by Sharon Martin that evening.

Day four some attended church at T.D. Jakes church in McKinney.

Total attendance for the four-day reunion was approximately 80 family members, with the majority hailing from the California area. There were relatives there from Kansas City, Missouri and New Mexico, as well as those from the state of Texas.

Approximately 40 percent of the attendees were young people of all ages. This was our best reunion every held in Texas. It was awesome!
