“Maintain No Gain” Program Kicks Off in Linden

Want to get through the Holiday Season without gaining weight? Beginning Monday, November 19, 2018, the kick-off for a program called “Maintain No Gain” will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at the County Building (next to the Tax Office and across from the Post Office) in Linden.  
This program is sponsored by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in Cass County.  An initial, confidential weigh-in will be held and participants will be attempting to gain no more than two pounds during the Holidays.  If you miss the first class, plan to attend the next meeting to get your registration and weigh-in completed.Program Dates:  First meeting – Monday, November 19; then TUESDAYS: December 4, December 18.  The final meeting and weigh-in will be held on WEDNESDAY, January 2, 2019.  At each meeting, educational materials, incentives and support will be provided.  Let’s help each other learn how to “Eat, Drink and be Merry – Without Gaining Weight!”
Everyone is welcome to participate, and the cost is FREE!  Prizes will be awarded in early January.
