‘Cruise’ in to Atlanta Oct. 11

It’s that time of year again.

Going by the temps you can’t tell that Fall began on Sept. 22, but you know it’s here when the Steven Smith Memorial Cruise In and Fall Maker’s Market are scheduled.

The Ninth Annual Steven Smith Memorial Cruise In, sponsored and hosted by the Atlanta Lions Club and Headers, will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in downtown Atlanta on Saturday, Oct. 11.

This event is family friendly, a crowd favorite and is free to attend.

The event will offer a 50/50 pot which funds the Lions Club Steven Smith Scholarship, local restaurants and food trucks, a classic car and hot rod cruise in, door prizes and the world-famous Lions Club sausageon- a-stick.

More than 50 local farmers, makers and bakers will be set up at the Maker’s Market, presented by CNB Bank, scheduled at the same time on the same day. There will also be a food truck court.

From homemade, to handmade, to homegrown, come check out the fun both events have to offer.
