At the July meeting of Mark Epperson Chapter US Daughters of 1812, new member Edith Thomas was welcomed and presented white carnations (our national flower) by Registrar Nancy Belford.
John Gay III, became an ordained minister on Aug. 4, after attending his Ordination Service at Enon First Missionary Baptist Church. Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church and Unity Missionary Baptist Association were also present to see Gay receive his ordination from Dr. A.C. Williams.
