What a remarkable weekend! For those of you who aren’t aware, we held a food drive downtown last Saturday the results of which were outstanding. Two hundred and fifty-three households were given boxes of fresh produce courtesy of the Farmers to Families program established by the USDA.

Fourth of July fireworks a success

Amid the debate on “mask or no mask” as community events and large gatherings being mostly canceled, the words THE SHOW MUST GO ON is what comes to mind when thinking of the Community Fireworks Show. Although we were saddened that we did not get to have our annual Summerfest this year we were more than happy to see the large turnout to watch the fireworks display.
